The booking form
When you send the booking form, your answers are emailed to us. The website does not keep a copy. To stop abuse, the server briefly keeps a scrambled (one-way) version of your internet address and the time, and deletes it after an hour.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images load from our own server.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers (operators) who process information for us under their own security terms:
- Domains.co.za: website hosting and email, in South Africa
- Yoco: payment links and card processing
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages and video calls
- Microsoft (Quick Assist) and Google (Chrome Remote Desktop): screen sharing that you start
Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. They are bound by data-protection laws similar to POPIA, or by agreements that protect your information.
Your rights
- Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to us using it, and withdraw your consent
- Complain to the Information Regulator
To use these rights, email hello@buzzworks.co.za. Our PAIA manual explains how to request records.
Complaints to the Information Regulator
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa through its website, inforegulator.org.za.
Security
This site uses an encrypted connection. Our accounts use two-factor sign-in, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to help you.
